This Cancellation & Reschedule Policy applies to every appointment booked with Kirikou Men Cuts LLC ("Kirikou Men Cuts", "we", "us") through kirikoumencuts.com or any other channel. Kirikou is a one-barber shop, so every reserved time is held for you alone. This policy keeps the schedule fair for every client.
1. Payment at booking
Clients pay 100% of the service price, plus any tip they choose to add, online at the time of booking. Your appointment is confirmed only after payment is completed.
2. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment start time, you receive a 100% refund of the service price and 100% of any tip.
3. Late cancellations and no-shows
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment start time, or you do not show up, Kirikou Men Cuts keeps 35% of the service price as a cancellation fee. The remaining 65% of the service price and 100% of any tip are refunded.
4. Late arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes after your appointment start time counts as a no-show, and section 3 applies. Kirikou may, at his sole discretion, still choose to serve you if the schedule allows; in that case the appointment is treated as completed.
5. Rescheduling
- Each booking includes one free reschedule, available at any time before the appointment starts, even less than 24 hours before.
- The new date must be within 30 days of the original appointment date.
- After rescheduling, the 24-hour rule in sections 2 and 3 applies to the new appointment time.
- A second reschedule is not available online. To change the appointment again, you may cancel under this policy and book a new appointment.
6. Cancellations by Kirikou Men Cuts
If Kirikou Men Cuts cancels your appointment for any reason, you receive a 100% refund of the service price and any tip.
7. How refunds are issued
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days.
