These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kirikoumencuts.com (the "Site") and the booking of services with Kirikou Men Cuts LLC ("Kirikou Men Cuts", "we", "us"), located at 253 Prospect St, Brockton, MA 02301. By using the Site or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Reschedule Policy.
1. Services
Kirikou Men Cuts provides barbering and grooming services performed by Mardoche "Kirikou" Lindor. Service descriptions, durations and prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time; the price shown when you book is the price you pay.
2. Booking and payment
You must provide accurate contact information when booking. Clients pay 100% of the service price, plus any optional tip, online at the time of booking. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details. An appointment is confirmed only after successful payment. A selected time may be held briefly while you complete booking and is released if booking is not completed.
3. Cancellations, no-shows and rescheduling
All appointments are subject to our Cancellation & Reschedule Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:
- Cancel more than 24 hours before: 100% refund (service and tip).
- Cancel less than 24 hours before, or no-show: Kirikou Men Cuts keeps 35% of the service price as a cancellation fee; the remaining 65% and 100% of any tip are refunded.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show (Kirikou may still choose to serve you).
- One free reschedule per booking, at any time before the appointment starts, even under 24 hours. The new date must be within 30 days of the original. After rescheduling, the 24-hour rule applies to the new time. No second reschedule online.
- If Kirikou Men Cuts cancels, you receive a 100% refund.
4. Tips
Tips are optional and are calculated on the service price only. Tips are refunded in full whenever an appointment is cancelled, missed or cancelled by us.
5. Client conduct
We may refuse or end service for unsafe, abusive or disrespectful behavior. In that case the appointment is treated as a no-show under our Cancellation & Reschedule Policy.
6. Text messages
If you opt in, we send appointment confirmations, reminders and updates by text message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Health and allergies
Please tell Kirikou before your service about any skin condition, sensitivity or allergy, especially for hot towel, facial mask or eyebrow tint services. You accept the ordinary risks of grooming services.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, Kirikou Men Cuts' total liability for any claim relating to the Site or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected appointment. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you book applies to that booking.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
